• Some items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products may not be eligible for return.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or offer store credit, based on your preference.

• Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

📦 Return Process

2. Package your item securely and include your name, order number, and reason for return.

3. Ship the item to the return address provided in our reply.
